Join this 7-week virtual series to build skills, share experiences, and create a supportive space for growth and understanding for ADHD or neurodiverse individuals. This program is created by TideMinds Therapy Collective, combining professional knowledge with real-life experience — the sessions are hosted through the Centre for Workplace Accessibility. The group sessions are private and confidential, and the series will be led by a skilled professional who also understands ADHD from their own lived experience.
Whether you’ve lived with ADHD for years, were recently diagnosed, or simply think you might be neurodiverse but haven’t pursued a formal assessment — this group is here to meet you where you are.
All are welcome — no formal diagnosis required.
