The Faculty Association and the University started bargaining on May 6, 2025. The parties have met a total of 13 times and have multiple further dates scheduled this fall. A majority of the proposals have been exchanged, as well as many counter-proposals. Discussions have been constructive and we have reached tentative agreement on a number of proposals, contingent on reaching a full agreement.
