On December 1, managers who supervise staff will receive a Workday email and notification if their staff have a forecasted vacation balance of 75 hours or more.
Please connect with your staff to ensure they use their vacation time and carryover accordingly.
Taking vacation time is essential for maintaining our overall health and wellbeing. Time away from work allows employees to disconnect from work-related routines, recharge mentally and physically, and return with renewed energy, creativity, and focus. Regular breaks also help reduce the risk of illness and injury, supporting a healthier workplace.
Please reach out to your team and encourage them to address their annual vacation balance.
In case of any questions, please reach out to your HR Advisor.
Note: Enter 2025 vacation into Workday no later than Wednesday, January 7, 2026. Managers must approve by Thursday, January 8, 2026.
