The Learning and Talent Development Team's mission is to support UBC employees to work, learn and lead with purpose. 

The team is responsible for:

  • overseeing the workplace learning ecosystem,
  • LinkedIn Learning, PD fund management,
  • coaching services,
  • leadership and professional development programming, and
  • indigenous-related training for staff.
