1:00-3:00PM Increasingly, research shows that being coach-like in our approach to supporting the development of others leads to enhanced engagement and performance outcomes. Whether connecting with employees in-person or virtually, a coach approach, applied to performance development, works to surface additional insights and perspectives, while fostering commitment and accountability. Blending theory with demonstrations and practice, leaders will learn how to apply workplace coaching skills to learning and performance development conversations, thus reducing the stress of performance development and achieving better personal and organizational outcomes.
