- develop a laser-like focus on your priorities
- recognize the real obstacles that get in your way
- discuss assertive ways to handle interruptions
- discover time-saving email tips
- explore practical tips when working remotely
- share tools/technology to help manage your time more effectively
- develop a specific Plan of Action to implement immediately

REFUNDS:
If you would like to withdraw from a course, please submit a written notice via email to support.wpl@ubc.ca at least 15 calendar days before the course begins to be eligible for a refund (less a $50 administration fee). We cannot offer refunds for cancellations received less than 15 days before a course begins.
