Coaching Portal - ACTION REQUIRED - “Next Available to Take on Clients” and Update Coaching Hours

With new coaches recently onboarded and with the New Year upon us, a few items can bear repeating. The portal allows you to be automatically moved from available or unavailable for coaching based on your "Coaching Capacity" - ie. the maximum number of coaching contracts you are willing to take at a given time. Once your reach this maximum number of contracts, the system will no longer list you as an available coach under "Select-A-Coach". You will continue to show in "View Coaches" as unavailable. If you choose to accept names for your wait list, the "Add to Waitlist" button will show instead of Unavailable. Be sure to double check the "Next Available” date that is automatically generated when moved to the unavailable list is accurate.

Action Required:

  • Please update your coaching capacity to accurately reflect your availability. Furthermore, please take a moment to view your Coach Profile to ensure that that the date in this field reflects a date in the future and not the past!
  • Please record and ensure your coaching hours are up to date for all of your coaching contracts and service time, regardless of whether or not your contracts have ended. This will allow us to accurately reflect coaching hours by the community in reports run up to this point. Additionally, please close contracts that are no longer active, but have not been formally closed in the portal.
