If there has been a substantial change in a job’s duties and responsibilities, staff, managers, the union, or even Human Resources may request a reclassification.
To assist with these changes, the reclassification page on the HR site has been updated to include the steps involved and changes to the required forms, including:
Management and Professional, CUPE 116, IOUE 115, non-union technicians and research assistants, farm workers and executive administrative staff.
- Updated Form A (completed by employee/union) and Form B (completed by a manager) with more comprehensive questions
- Both forms are now available as a fillable PDF

- The reclassification process document has been updated to reflect changes due to Workday
