Attention: Inactive coaches - let us know your coaching status by November 30

We have just completed our annual review of our community of coaches in an effort to forecast how we will meet the demand for coaching across the organization in 2023 and beyond, and we have identified a number of coaches who no longer appear to be actively contributing coaching hours with UBC Coaching Services.

If you did not log any coaching hours last fiscal year (April 1, 2021 – March 31, 2022), but intend to re-activate your engagement with Coaching Services between now and March 31, 2023, please email us at coaching@hr.ubc.ca to let us know:

  • When you plan to re-engage with Coaching Services
  • How many coaching hours you have capacity to deliver in the coming fiscal year (April 1 2023 – March 31 2024)

If you did not log any coaching hours last fiscal year (April 1, 2021 – March 31, 2022) and we do not receive an update on your status with UBC Coaching Services by November 30, your coach profile will be deactivated and we will be in touch with you about officially offboarding from the UBC Community of Coaches.
