Mental Health First Aid is a two-day, evidence-based workshop that aims to improve mental health literacy by providing the skills and knowledge to help better manage potential or developing mental health problems in the self, a family member, a friend or a colleague. Learn to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health problems, be able to provide initial support to a person who may be developing an issue or is experiencing a crisis, and be prepared to guide a person towards professional help.
