Fundamentals of Systematic Inventive Thinking: The Future of Work (November 19)

think inside the box

Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT) is an innovation methodology recognized worldwide that has proven crucial for those looking to remain relevant in the workforce in the coming years.

The session on Friday, November 19, will look at:

  • What is innovation, and why is it relevant to you?
  • Fixedness: What prevents us all from thinking up truly new (yet feasible) ideas and solutions, especially in one's area of expertise
  • Practical strategies for overcoming fixedness that anyone can employ
  • The surprising role of existing (vs. new/additional) resources in the world of innovative thinking
  • Thinking about how these new insights translate into practical application in one's job

Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion from SIT

If you have PD Funds available and are interested in using them for this workshop, please enrol first and then submit a PD Funds claim via Workday.
