Please complete all transaction entries and approvals for employees receiving merit increases on their base pay that are being loaded by the ISC by Monday, September 12. This applies specifically for those receiving merit, and does not apply to those who are receiving honorarium.
Please do not enter any transactions between September 12 to October 7. This will minimize the risk of errors. If any employee has a transaction still in progress as of October 7, the ISC will not process their merit increases. Departments will have to submit the merit increase transaction, and any other required correction records, using the Request Compensation Change business process.
