Changing Aging | Tuesdays & Thursdays | 9:00-9:45 am, Community Fit | Tuesdays & Thursdays | 10:00-10:45 am

These 45-minute moderate -to-vigorous intensity aerobic activity classes include muscle and bone strengthening exercise as well as activities to improve balance. They are a part of a 6-week online pilot exercise program running July 14 to August 20, organized by BodyWorks. They are open to current BodyWorks members, and are conducted over Zoom.
