To participate:
- Register with MindWell-U (If you are already registered with MindWell-U, skip this step).
- Sign into MindWell-U
- On the navigation menu, visit Live Classes > Drop-in Classes
- Click on monthly programs in the calendar
- Click on “register” for the Mindful Cooking program.
