Applications are now open for the new Developing Leaders Program, launching January 2024

Driven by insights and learning from the rich legacy of the Managing at UBC program, the new Developing Leaders Program (DLP) will launch in January 2024.

This leadership development program is designed to equip newer leaders with the necessary knowledge, skills and practices to lead, succeed and grow in their leadership roles at UBC. The program is open to Management & Professional (M&P) employees at both campuses who manage direct report(s) and have three years or less of team leading experience.  Visit the Developing Leaders Program page to review eligibility criteria, the program schedule, and application details.

Applications are now open.  Both the applicant and their supervisor are required to participate in the application process. The application deadline is Friday, November 24 at 12pm.
