General wage increase for Management & Professional (AAPS) employee group

General Wage Increase (GWI) implementation for Management & Professional (AAPS) staff at UBC.

The GWI for staff under the AAPS employee group is complete (Note: there are still a small selection of GWIs in progress for special cases, and those will be complete soon). 

Two GWIs, $455/year + 3.24% effective July 1, 2022, and 6.75% effective July 1, 2023, will be reflected on the October 31, 2023, pay slip. Any transactions initiated on or after October 24, 2023, were not included in the implementation process.
