An important reminder for Managers and HR Administrators regarding the new option to include additional documents to send to the employee along with their Employment Agreement.
After the "Generate Employment Agreement" step of the Recruitment Hire process in Workday, Managers and HR Administrators now have the option to include additional documents to send to the employee along with their Employment Agreement. This allows for enhanced onboarding and facilitates sharing essential information with new hires during the hiring process.
Please only upload documents that enhance the onboarding process for the new employee, such as department- or Faculty- specific information for new hires.
Do not upload copies of ID, interview notes, etc., using this process. Note that additional documents are seen by the employee as well as Approvers.
