The implementation of Workday, which launched on November 1, 2020, is the first step to make many of our processes simpler and more effective in the long term. In the short term, we want to thank everyone in our RSB community for your patience as we have learned together to make the most of this new, automated system.
There is still work to be done to get the most out of Workday; most importantly we want to ensure that the RSB processes are simplified and we can make your benefits information more accessible and easy to update. We know that the auto-debit payment has been a challenge, but these payments will be processed in the first week of every month. Please be assured we are working towards a more sustainable process in the coming months.
