UBC’s Remote Work program provides an opportunity to consider how future work arrangements will continue to make UBC an inspiring place for students to learn and for faculty and staff to research, teach, and work.

Decision-making resources for leaders

Before setting up remote work arrangements for the first year of the program (September 2021 - August 2022), leaders need to familiarize themselves with the remote work guidelines, and then decide what remote work arrangements will look like in their units. The remote work for leaders webpage provides decision-making resources and tips, including a decision-making tool, examples of criteria for different work arrangements, as well as decision-making criteria for these arrangements.
