On November 1, UBC transitioned our EFAP to GreenShield Health. There is some new information that HR professionals should be aware of to guide faculty and staff to this helpful resource.

Review the EFAP eligibility, services, and resources guide

The guide has been developed for HR professionals and includes

  • Eligibility criteria and how HR professionals can view if an employee has access to our EFAP
  • A summary of the services available
  • Information about what modalities are available for faculty and staff to access EFAP support and resources
  • What faculty and staff can expect when accessing support
  • Plus important contact and website resources.

For more information visit our EFAP page on the HR website.

Promoting our new EFAP provider

If you are interested in promoting the GreenShield EFAP to your faculty, department, or units, take a look at the GreenShield - EFAP - Communication Toolkit. There you will find important links, suggested copy for promotion, and a range of posters you can share digitally or print and display onsite.
