On November 1, 2024, we transitioned our Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) to GreenShield Health.
This program provides unlimited counselling and personalized mental and physical health support, that is confidential and voluntary at no extra cost to you or your eligible dependents.
Finding the right support
Choosing the right counsellor is essential for effective mental health support. With GreenShield Health, individuals accessing the services can match to a counsellor based on their specific needs and preferences across more than 50 search criteria, including culture, language, religions, and other specialty areas or Indigenous health professionals (available to self-identifying Indigenous faculty and staff).
You can access these and many other services through the GreenShield+ platform or by phone at 1-866-424-0770, where a personalized matching service ensures you receive the right level of care.
