In 2020 our community was quickly propelled us into new ways of working at UBC. The purpose of the Workplace Preference Survey 2020 was to learn about faculty and staff experience navigating these new ways of working, as well as workplace preferences.

At UBC, the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP), offered through Morneau Shepell’s Lifeworks, is a confidential, voluntary, short-term solution-focused counselling support service that provides you and your family with help to resolve a wide range of personal, work, health or life issues.
