Deadlines for expiring 2018/19 Faculty Professional Development Funds

A notice to faculty with tenure, on tenure-track, as well as Sessional Lecturers with continuing status that  Faculty Professional Development (PD) Funds accrued in the 2018/19 academic year will expire at the end of the current PD funding year, June 30, 2023.  

This notice also applies to Sessional Lecturers without continuing status who have accrued PD Funds from the February 15, 2018 assessment date.

To allow for the required workflow approvals within Workday before June 30, please submit your PD Fund claims in Workday as soon as possible.

• To ensure expiring 2018/19 funds are used, submit your claim(s) in Workday by Friday, June 2, 2023.
   
• If you are a Department Head or equivalent, please review and approve these claims in Workday by Friday, June 16, 2023.  

Note: All faculty members with expiring funds were contacted by Human Resources via email on April 19, 2023. If you did not receive this email, you do not have expiring funds.
