New recruitment and onboarding enhancements in Workday will lead to improvements to the staff recruitment experience and streamlined onboarding procedures.
Today, August 4, is the go-live date for the recruitment and onboarding enhancements in Workday. The enhancements are designed to improve the overall staff recruitment experience and streamline onboarding procedures.
A number of enhancements and process optimizations have been made to several processes in Workday, including Recruitment (staff only), Onboarding (payment and tax elections, benefits enrollment, and compliance training), Direct Hire, and Position Management processes.
