Workday brings changes to HR processes

UBC is now live with Workday.

This major milestone represents a big step forward in supporting our learning, research and working environments at UBC. Now live, Workday will help to modernize and simplify our HR and Finance processes for many years to come. For you, this means that now you will be able to access your personal and plan information upon logging into Workday with your CWL. You are able to enrol in and terminate benefits for you and your dependents. Workday also enables you to add/remove dependents, remove coverage, name life insurance beneficiaries, apply for PD funds and Tuition Waivers, and a lot more.

Submitting Tuition Waiver requests

Beginning December 8, Tuition Waiver requests for credit and non-credit courses can be entered and approved in Workday. Login to your Workday account to complete this task. For information on your Tuition Waiver eligibility and other details, visit the Tuition Waiver page on UBC HR website, and look for your employee group.

To learn about your eligibility for any of the UBC benefits, and about the changes to the HR processes, visit the UBC HR website. For timely updates regarding Workday, visit Welcome to Workday page.

Login to Workday by visiting myworkday.ubc.ca.
