Coaching Internship Program

Are you a UBC employee seeking certification as a professional coach and want to apply your new skills, competencies and knowledge coaching UBC staff and faculty?  

The Coaching Internship Program is offered annually and enables new coaches to gain valuable experience coaching faculty and staff while accessing professional development, mentorship, and funding towards the tuition cost of an accredited coach training program of their choice.

The 2024-25 Coaching Internship Application is now closed.
