Coaching services, especially for UBC faculty and staff

UBC benefits from an active and diverse network of 60+ highly trained, professionally certified, thoroughly screened coaches that are aligned and committed to UBCs values and teaching, learning and research priorities. UBC Coaches offer a limited number of one-on-one coaching engagements per year at no cost to UBC staff and faculty.

Become a UBC Coach

UBC Coaches are internal or external certified coaching professionals who are currently employed at UBC, previously worked at UBC or who are professionally connected to the organization. UBC Coaches commit to providing coaching hours at no cost to UBC staff and faculty. For credentialed coaches, the annual commitment is 12-hours. Newly certified coaches who are currently not credentialed, commit to providing 48 hours in their first 12 months as a UBC Coach. In exchange, coaches receive access to free learning and development opportunities with CCEUs and other industry-leading professional content and custom training. For new coaches, we ask for an initial commitment of two years.
