Join the Staff and Faculty BBQ on September 11

Staff and faculty are invited to celebrate the new academic year at the annual UBC Welcome Back Staff and Faculty BBQ.

This annual event is hosted by the President's Office and Central Human Resources, and will be held at the Vancouver campus on Wednesday, September 11. For the first time, this event will bring together both staff and faculty to enjoy a complimentary BBQ lunch, live entertainment, connect with colleagues and engage with community partners at the many community tables. The menu this year will include hot dogs (with veggie dog options), salad, fruit, and beverages. 

To accommodate the increase in numbers and to ensure we all have wonderful time, we are expanding the food service area and will be holding two sittings. Staff and faculty will be asked to indicate their preferred time slot when they RSVP to their department contact.
