Book a free appointment with a Registered Dietician or Nutritionist with Lifeworks

If you are looking for nutritional support, you can connect with a registered dietician or nutritionist with UBC’s Employee and Family Assistance Program: LifeWorks. It is easy to book your consultation online or by calling 1-866-424-0770.

Nutrition Consult

When you speak with a Registered Dietician or Nutritionist, they will be able to assist with:

  • General healthy eating
  • Weight gain/loss
  • Disease state management
  • Healthy eating on the go
  • Accommodating shift work
  • Regulating diabetes
  • Preventing heart disease
  • And more

You will first receive an online tool where you will answer a few questions about your goals and current habits and then you will have a few sessions with a nutrition expert. These sessions are done over the phone and the expert will personalize a dietary plan and will be able review your progress in subsequent sessions, as well as provide support and see if any changes need to be made to your diet.

Visit the LifeWorks website to get started; use the chat function to talk to a LifeWorks representative, or call 1-866-424-0770 to speak to a representative on the phone and ask to learn more about the healthy eating supports available to you and your eligible dependents.
