EFAP Spotlight: TELUS Health CareNow Counsellor-Assisted Program

If you are enrolled in our Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP), you have access to TELUS Health CareNow Programs. 

These are a series of self-paced, online modules to support various topics related to mental health and wellbeing. These programs are based on the principles of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).  

The newest addition is the CareNow Counsellor-Assisted Program, where you can schedule check-ins with a counsellor as you progress through the modules. A counsellor can help you keep track of your goals, set clear expectations, and keep you engaged on the way to better mental health. 

You can access CareNow Counsellor-Assisted via the link in the Feel Supported section on the TELUS Health One platform.
