Join us Wednesdays at 10 am for 15-minute live Zoom sessions to help Ergo Your Posture.
These live weekly sessions will go through a set of light exercises that you can do at your desk — no equipment is required. These exercises were developed in partnership with Allan McGavin Physio to specifically target some of the common postural concerns that they see in their clinic, particularly related to office work but suitable for anyone. These exercises will be led by the UBC Athletics & Rec Move-U Crew.

As we show you the exercises, participate as best you can, but keep the exercises within a comfortable range. Follow-up with your Healthcare Provider if you're not sure what is right for you.
