Virtual ergo assessments
To request an ergonomics assessment, please complete a pre-assessment survey. You will need to include pictures of you at workstation. Please try to include at least one photo with an overview of your full workstation and at least one photo that shows your area of concern. We will review your responses and will contact you to arrange an assessment. After the assessment, we will follow-up with your Manager to discuss recommendations and feasible options as purchasing decisions are made by the department. A report will be sent to both you and your Manager. We encourage you to first review our resources and webinar (links above) prior to requesting an assessment.
Please note that assessments are only available for UBC faculty, staff and students with an active paid appointment.
